There have been many rumors about August Alsina and her relationship with Jada Pinkett Smith. For years, reports that Will Smith and his wife Jada Pinkett Smith have an open marriage have been rampant. While nothing has been proven, years ago, rumors emerged that August Alsina and Jada were seeing each other, however, neither side spoke about the validity of the gossip. In a recent episode of Joe Budden’s podcastBudden called Alsina “corny” because of how she publicly handled that situation, and in the singer’s interview with Angela Yee published today (June 30), Alsina frankly talks about her alleged romance with Jada.

“In fact, I sat down with Will and had a conversation because of the transformation in their marriage to a vital relationship that they have talked about several times and that does not involve romanticism,” said August. “He gave me his blessing and I told him and I gave myself totally to that relationship for years of my life. And I really and really, really loved her deeply and have a lot of love for her. I dedicated myself to it. Say I’m totally about it. To the point that I can die right now and agree to know that I really gave myself to someone. I really loved a person. I experienced that. I know what it feels like and some people never understand that in this life. ” .

August Alsina also said she doesn’t care what people think, but she doesn’t want her character to be questioned. “Contrary to what people may believe, I am not a troublemaker,” he said. “I don’t like drama. Drama really makes me nauseous. And I also don’t think it’s important for people to know what I’m doing, who I’m sleeping with and who I’m dating.” He added that once something begins to affect his livelihood and reputation, he has to step forward to tell the truth.
