Even faster than the coronavirus is the recording on Spanish social networks of police officers, including several in full protective equipment, detaining a woman who, despite a positive coronavirus test, has left her home and has even refused to go home.
The woman, who allegedly works as a lifeguard at one of San Sebastian’s popular resorts, in violation of the official quarantine, decided to grab her board and ride some waves instead of staying home.
According to local reports, he was noticed by his own colleagues, who knew he should be quarantined, but were futilely urged to go home. He was first called from a lifeboat to return to shore, but he refused the order and enjoyed surfing for another hour.
Subsequently, the local police had already marched to the beach, and when the woman emerged from the water, they tried to arrest her for crimes against the authorities and crimes against public health.
However, the woman did not want to go to the police, who – although the recording only shows the end – first chased her on the beach and then handcuffed her.

He is not the only one who rejects the quarantine in the country, the Madrid Police find about 500 people a week who, despite their positive test, do not follow the isolation rules.
