One such moment was when the moderator asked the Democratic vice presidential candidate, Kamala Harris, if they would change the composition of the Supreme Court in the event of a Democratic victory. This question was also received by Biden in a recent debate and then he simply declined to answer. Now Kamala Harris tried to distract the word, but Mike Pence asked the question relentlessly over and over again, and then when the candidate didn’t answer many times, Pence declared
