Donald Trump left the campaign for about a week due to his coronavirus illness in early October, so he is now trying to make up for his delay at a rapid pace. This weekend alone he will tour most of the battlefield states, writes Reuters. The president will visit Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Nevada, while visiting Arizona on Monday and Georgia on Friday.

Trump managed to win several of the aforementioned states in 2016, but is now lagging significantly behind in several states.

Democratic candidate Joe Biden has also been active in recent weeks, despite no pre-planned personal campaign events due to the epidemic. Biden won’t even be going anywhere this weekend, spending his weekend at his home in Delaware. Vice President Kamala Harris will also not be attending a campaign event this weekend.

The presidential elections will be held on November 3 and nearly 23 million voters will cast their votes. The next presidential debate will take place next Thursday, with the Portfolio report live.
