The court dismissed the action alleging that Texas had no right to sue in the case because it could not legally establish its interest in how elections would be conducted in other member states.
Joe Biden’s spokesman, Mike Gwin, said there is nothing surprising in the court’s decision.
By the way, Donald Trump admitted on Friday that the presidential election was in favor of Joe Biden, wrote on Twitter that he would have a Biden government, although in the meantime he even wrote that he hoped they could somehow undo the results.
