This is what the possible new 2020 F1 calendar might look like: possible dates, locations

Formula 1 has yet to release the new interim 2020 calendar, which will undoubtedly be significantly different from the original version. We have known for a long time that the record could not be broken this year with 22 races after Monaco, and France also appears to have started this year due to the coronavirus.

However, it seems increasingly certain that the first match of the season could be held in Austria, where they could even hold two races at once. Many people hope that these great double prizes will come in a row, which many Hungarian fans would be happy about.

Liberty Media Silverstone and Paul Ricard said after the announcement that the goal is still to celebrate race 15-18, with the end of December. That would mean that the season could end a few days before Christmas.

However, the main objective now is to make the beginning of July a success, and from that moment on, we can continuously see races, mainly behind closed doors. Chase Carey, the first man at Liberty Media, said so, it cannot even be ruled out that they will compete in front of an audience in 2020.

There are still plenty of question marks, but there is a chance that we may see enough races this year. Remember, to maintain World Championship membership, Formula 1 would have to have at least 8 grand prizes, which won’t be much of a problem if things continue as planned.
