The communication directorate of the University of Semmelweis has produced a series of animated and educational films that help to maintain conscious health. The first part of the series called KliniKaland is about vaccines, in which we learn how conventional and new vaccines work, such as Covid-19.

The short film shows clearly and humorously, but with professional and professional authenticity, how protection develops under the influence of the vaccine.

How Viral Vaccines Work

In the remainder of the first season, we will learn about the immune system, the differences between viruses and bacteria, and the pros and cons of antibiotic treatment.

The video works in detail on the exact function of vaccines with different active ingredients and how the immune system is protected. Among other things, it reveals what so-called booster vaccines are needed, or how it is possible that an attenuated virus can arm our defense system against its stronger counterparts.

The animated film was made by the filming team of the Department of Communication and Event Management of the Semmelweis University, the animation was made by Bettina Gál. I. Vaccine professional speaker dr. András Falus is an immunologist. The KliniKaland series can be heard in the narration of Péter Galambos.
