Illinois Congressman Adam Ritzinger criticized Trump in a Twitter message for accusing the chairman of the Democratic Party of completely baseless voter fraud, without evidence. Ritzinger wrote that “going crazy” (going crazy) is Trump’s claim. “If you have legitimate concerns about any fraud, they should be based on evidence and brought to court. Enough of expiring misrepresentations!” Ritzinger wrote.

Maryland Governor Larry Hogan, who already ran for the Republican presidential candidate in the 2024 elections, also ran into Trump.

“There is no excuse for the president’s statements today that undermine our democratic order. America counts the votes and we have to wait for the results, as we have always done. Neither an election nor a person is more important than our democracy,” Hogan tweeted .

Sen. Marco Rubio, also a Republican, criticized Trump, among other things, for calling the prolonged vote count a hoax.

“The fact that it takes days to count legitimate votes is NOT a scam,” he emphasized.

The American news agency AP has repeatedly refuted all of Trump’s accusations against the elections, recalling, among other things, that all votes have never been counted on Election Day and that there is no law or expectation that this is the case. High turnout and vote-by-mail processing slow the process in some but not all cases, the AP wrote.
