It has not yet been possible to identify whether the problem affects one or more telecommunications providers. Based on their experience so far, the picture is mixed, the Telekom, Telenor and Vodafone networks may also be affected. The error cannot be linked to any kind of device, it can be experienced on smartphones, traditional mobile phones and landline calls.

Vodafone reacted: no problem. Telekom has confirmed that it sees the problem on its network and has started to investigate the matter. The company’s customer service has yet to report the problem en masse. Telenor has indicated that it is aware of the problem, which is due to an error in the service provided by another operator.
