The Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County Attorney General’s Office requested a thirteen-year prison term for a Szabolcs man who regularly beat his minor children and raped his 13-year-old daughter.
The man has been raising only his six youngest children since 2018 because the children’s mother left him due to a new relationship. The man beat him regularly, neglecting the little ones, thus endangering the intellectual, emotional, moral and physical development of each one of them.
Last summer, she forced her 13-year-old daughter to have sex with her. This happened several times a week in the following months, and the girl also became pregnant due to lack of defense. Her pregnancy was revealed in elementary school during a midwifery exam. Since then she has given birth to her son. Police found a total of 228 pornographic images of girls under the age of 15 during a search for the perpetrator. The man was arrested and the children were taken to foster parents.
A man was accused of violent sexual violence against a relative of the Attorney General’s Office, in addition to endangering a minor and child pornography, being sentenced to 13 years in prison if he pleaded guilty at the preparatory hearing.
The prosecution also proposed that the court end the parental custody of all their children for having committed an intentional crime against them.
