In an expedited procedure, the Nagyatád District Prosecutor’s Office prosecuted a 34-year-old man accused of continuing to commit sexual abuse, who abused a girl 21 years his junior.
The man was an acquaintance of the girl’s family, who was aware of her age and also the fact that he had deeper feelings for her. This was taken advantage of by the man this summer when one night the girl visited her, with whom she first began to talk and then over time they also had sex with her consent.
The incident was repeated in September. The man attended a meeting with the girl’s family when he noticed in the morning that all the members of the family had fallen asleep, so he went to the child’s room, where he again had sex with him with Your consent. At this point, however, they were disturbed by the girl’s mother, and the man, to avoid falling, quickly dressed and left the house.
The day after the events came to light, the man’s act was revealed, so Nagyatád police detained the man with no criminal record, who made a confession during the investigation.
The Nagyatád District Court agreed to the prosecutor’s motion and sentenced the man to 1 year and 10 months in prison, whose execution was suspended for a 3-year probationary period, and prohibited him from participating in any activity related to the education of a person under 18 years of age. The judgment is final.
