The measures, which will come into effect at midnight on Wednesday, are as follows:

Stores, with the exception of pharmacies and gas stations, can stay open until 7pm and after the curfew expires, so they can open at 5am at the earliest. Providers and services not covered by these Regulations (such as hairdressers, masseurs, personal trainers) can operate normally under the no-exit rules.
The hotels do not accept tourists, only guests arriving for business, economic or educational reasons.
It is forbidden to carry out any type of event, including cultural events and Christmas fairs. Religious community ceremonies may be held at the discretion of the religious community. The Government invites religious communities to determine the rules of conduct in their ceremonies in accordance with the general rules.
Sports matches must be held behind closed doors.
Individual outdoor sports are allowed. According to applicable law, competitive athletes cannot be restricted in this activity.
The use of leisure facilities, including in particular fitness rooms, indoor swimming pools, museums, libraries, cinemas and zoos, skating rinks, is prohibited.
Nurseries, kindergartens and primary schools are open until the eighth grade as usual, with special institutional protection measures determined by the principal. Secondary schools have been operating on a digital work schedule since the ninth grade. Colleges and universities operate at the discretion of the school principal.
Private and family events (eg birthdays) can be held for up to 10 people.
Funerals can be held for up to 50 people.
Weddings can be held without a wedding, however only certain people can attend the event.
Workers in hospitals, schools, kindergartens, kindergartens and those who work in social institutions must undergo weekly tests, as set out in a separate government decree.
The regulations introduced so far on the use and maintenance of distance remain in force, with the obligation to wear a mask in some public areas of settlements with more than 10,000 inhabitants.
It is the responsibility of the mayor to designate the areas. It is not yet mandatory to wear a mask during sports activities or in parks or green areas.
