The investigation into the death of LLJunior’s youngest son is reopened
Witnesses have to testify again, as there are still question marks about the tragedy.
Monday was the first anniversary of the death of LL Junior and Csilla Hopp’s youngest son, Dávidka. Bors learned that experts are continuing the investigation.
“The turning point in the case is that the witnesses – the driver, his wife, passersby, Csilla’s girlfriends – are questioned again, not to close the investigation phase,” said Dr. Gábor B. Horváth, lawyer of Csilla Hopp, says this is necessary because of the decisive and overturned evidence. “Because the surveillance camera was not moving at this time, and unfortunately there is no recording of what happened, and the testimonies of the witnesses are contradictory, because those who saw what happened, the prosecution still questions what happened and how.” More interrogations are needed, “continued the criminal lawyer, and said that the end result was not in doubt, despite the unexpected turn of events: that the mother, who claimed to have been holding her son’s hand the entire time, did not he would receive a prison sentence.
The newspaper also sought out Csilla Hopp, who declined to comment. The mother, by the way, recently made a written statement to the police detailing the fatal afternoon when David was waded to death by a car in Zugló. On August 31 of last year, Csilla participated in a music program with his two young children and girlfriends in District 14. Horváth they sincerely hope that Csilla will avoid jail and that they will impose the least possible punishment, so that they can continue to raise their older children alongside the rapper on a weekly shift.
