The proposal, published on Parliament’s website, includes an extension of the emergency announced by the government from 15 to 90 days. According to the justification of the presentation, the extraordinary legal order ensures quick decisions during the epidemic situation.
The government decree on the state of emergency came into effect on Wednesday and the government enacted it to avoid the dangers of the pandemic and protect human health.
The government has stated that it is constantly reviewing the need for an emergency. Among the measures, the cabinet decided, among other things, to restrict the exit between midnight and 5 in the morning, as well as to restrict the holding of events, to tighten the rules for wearing a mask and to make parking free.
