Despite the fact that the Minister of Agriculture, István Nagy, said a few days ago that he wants to start a dialogue to relax the rules on alcohol consumption related to driving, the government is not accepting the idea, writes Infostart following the RTL Club .

Currently, there is zero tolerance in Hungary, that is, it is not possible to drink alcohol while behind the wheel. There are European countries where one or two glasses of beer fit.

In response to a question from RTL Híradó, the Government Information Center stated that “Professional organizations recommend this every year, but people don’t support relaxation, so the cabinet has no plans to change regulations.”

István Nagy did not comment to the channel.
