Although Xiaomi has previously said that they will not take the charger out of the newly arrived phone case, it seems that they will no longer pack one for the Xiaomi Mi 11.

This year, Apple weighed in on what was rumored about the Cupertino company for some time. The company removed the charging head from the iPhone 12 series boxes for environmental reasons, to which Samsung responded with a small troll, and the Chinese Xiaomi also indicated that they surely will not be missing anything from the box.

By comparison, Samsung recently removed Apple’s commercials, and now Xiaomi has rethinked things too. So much so that the company has announced that it will not have the charger in the box of its new high-end mobile phone, the M11, which will soon arrive. Engadget a Redditin.

In addition, Xiaomi explained its decision with the same thing that Apple used to do: most users already have a charger due to their previous mobile purchases, so in addition to giving away unnecessary new ones, the environment is less burdened with its production and packaging.

And it’s probably not the last point where this can save a lot of money for the company, but that’s what we’re adding. Because of the solution, less has to be produced, and if someone still needs it, they can sell it to them for extra money. On the user side, however, it is positive that the new mobile phones could be a few thousand guilders cheaper, more precisely less expensive.
