The European Union Agency for Medicines has authorized Pfizer / BioNTech. This paved the way for vaccinations to begin within the community. The vaccines will be available from December 27, informed politico.eu.
The vaccine can be administered from the age of sixteen.
Now it is up to the European Commission to agree with the decision.
Ursula van der Leyen, chair of the committee, states in her Tweet that was just posted:
We will be quick. The Commission’s decision is likely to be taken tonight.
This is a watershed moment in our efforts to provide safe and effective vaccines to Europeans!

The national medical director has previously spoken about the fact that the first dose of the vaccine to arrive in Hungary will be enough to vaccinate 3,500 people, the second round of transport may arrive later this year and then continued transport is expected. The first vaccination site will be at South Pest Central Hospital.
There is no vaccine that provides 100 percent protection, and individual reactions can vary, so the more people vaccinated, the greater the protection of society.
Cecília Müller highlighted. He sees that a vaccination rate of 60 percent or more can already significantly slow the spread of the epidemic.
