Gergő Simon was born in 1993 in Nagykanizsa. He has a degree in meteorology from the Faculty of Sciences of the Eötvös Loránd University. He has been an employee of the National Weather Service since July 2017. In addition to his professional work, Gergő is also the editor of the Instagram branch of OMSZ as a freelance project. His hobby is soccer, his favorite team is FC Barcelona. His other passion is CrossFit, with 3-4 workouts a week. His motto is “meteorology is more math, physics than fun and laughter.”
Tamás Allaga was born in 1991 in Budapest. He graduated from the Faculty of Natural Sciences of the Eötvös Loránd University, first with the Bachelor of Earth Sciences, and then also completed the Master of Meteorology. Since 2015, he has been a weather forecaster with the National Weather Service. The stuntman has been running competitively for distances of 30 to 100 kilometers for a decade. As he himself said: from running, he gained perseverance and health in addition to his love and respect for nature.
András Vaszkó was born in 1994 in Gyomaendrőd. He graduated from Eötvös Loránd University in 2018 as a meteorologist and joined the National Weather Service in the same year, where he works as a hazard meteorologist. You can call yourself lucky, because by your own admission, your profession is also your biggest hobby. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking and going to the theater.
