He prosecuted Richárd MM and two other associates of the Central Investigation Office for bribery of officials and abuse of power, falsification of notarial deeds and influence peddling with complaints of bribery.

In April 2016, one of the accused of the Dozsa György traffic accident had his driving license temporarily revoked and was asked to retrain because his traffic points reached the 18 point limit. The condition for the return of the driving license was participation in a six-hour lecture, a series of tasks and a satisfactory passing of the driving test.

Richard M. visited a person he did not know before, who knew he was setting up bogus driving practices, and said he was willing to pay any amount to get his license off duty.

The man then acted as a mediator and met a friend who, falsely quoting a high-ranking police officer and an acquaintance who worked at the examination center, promised to help him for 600,000 guilders. Mr. Richárd, through the intermediary, delivered HUF 300,000 for anonymous persons to act in violation of their official duties and legal provisions in order not to have to comply with the prescribed obligations and recover their license.

The mediator appeared at the exam center in January 2017 and also announced Mr. Richárd for the exam, closing the program with the identity card and address card that he had previously requested. However, Richard M. did not appear for the exam because, together with the mediator, they thought it was unnecessary. The mediator repeatedly tried to appear for the exam in place of Richard M., but failed for various reasons.A few months later, in 2017, without a license, Richárd M. caused a fatal accident indózsa György út, exceeding the maximum speed allowed. The man, also known for the Kecskemét mafia trial, was traveling with his Mercedes in the direction of the Kassák Lajos street crossing at a speed of 135-140 km / h. It was then that he reached the intersection with his car. N. József, which curved irregularly in a small arc in front of the accused head-on without giving him priority. The car that was trying to turn turned several times due to the collision and then flew towards the bus stop.

One of the accident victims was a 37-year-old father with young children and the other was a 24-year-old college student. József N., who was driving the car around the curves, suffered a puncture and five ribs, while Richard Richard escaped the accident with minor injuries.

After the terrible tragedy, the friend, through the mediator, recommended to Richard M. that the knowledge of the policeman for another 600 thousand florins would have a favorable influence on the criminal process initiated by the accident, which the defendant accepted – asking for the recovery of his driver’s license- and handed over the money. .

However, a few months later, in July 2017, the suspension of Richard M’s driving license was again ordered. The following month, the mediator completed the post-training of M. Richard and also appeared on the exam. However, despite the successful exam, Richard M., and the false certificate attesting to it, did not get his license back, because in September 2017 his driver’s license was revoked again. In fact, the intermediary friend of Richard M. was not in contact with an official person, he spent the 900 thousand florins received for his own purposes.

The prosecution requested 3 years and 6 months in prison for M. Richard in case he already admits his guilt at the preparatory meeting and also waives his right to a trial. The mediator was sentenced to 2 years in prison, while the perpetrator, who falsely referred to his official relations, was sentenced to four years in prison, fined one million and confiscated 900,000.Richard M. was sentenced to four years in prison at the end of September for the Dozsa György út tragedy, which involved the death of two people. The prosecution appealed for a significant aggravation. The verdict and his defense attorney have also appealed against the verdict, so the decision in this case is not yet final.
