According to Márta V. Naszályi, the official publicist admitted in an interview that he had obtained a municipal rental housing avoiding current legislation.

Gave an interview Azonnali.huZsolt Bayer, in which, among other things, he commented on the circumstances of acquiring his rental apartment in the castle. He said:

(…) A couple of lawyers come and tell you that it works by having to be replaced, then retired, and that’s how the tenant gets the money he wants. Two lawyers make the contracts, put the lawyer’s stamp on it. After reading how much it cost in the municipal newspaper, I didn’t suck it on my finger, but what should they have told me? That >> haha people, there is a great gas here

The publicist also added that “when I played all this piano in 2017-18 and paid the money and then renovated the apartments for the same amount, I had no idea. When do you read the Housing Law in your opinion? Go up to the Castle and ask: Eleven out of ten do it, because there is no other way.

According to the district 1 leadership, Zsolt Bayer admitted that he had circumvented current legislation and obtained municipal rental housing during the Fidesz mayoralty of Tamás Gábor Nagy in Fidesz, despite the legal regulations on housing exchange.

“Given the voluntary disclosures of this article, all I can do is order a review of the two Zsolt Bayer exchange houses in light of all this.”

– said Mayor Márta V. Naszályi, Politician of Dialogue.

“After my election as mayor in the newspaper of the Municipality of Budavár, I took steps to ensure that advertisements that did not comply with the law could no longer appear in contrast to the previous practice. And since last October, we have been reviewing all incoming home exchange requests. As mayor, I am committed to creating a fair rental housing system for the residents of the district and making rental housing completely transparent. We are working to make all vacant floors available for bidding, to provide the most spacious, predictable and safest housing for the residents of the district based on the new housing decree that is being prepared and will be presented soon, ”wrote V. Naszályi .
