At our request, the Budapest Police Headquarters declared that three people had filed a complaint for violation of personal freedom and suspected of other crimes for not allowing the Chancellor to enter the university building. They added that in all three cases the BRFK ordered a supplement to the report.

In contacting our newspaper, BRFK also stated that another person had reported an abuse of the right of assembly in four other cases, which had been assessed as a violation report. Two of the four reports have been rejected by the police and two are on trial.

As previously reported, Szarka attempted to enter the university building because he claimed that he could only sign the payroll papers of the institution’s employees there, but SZFE’s students and payroll staff had previously indicated that this was not the case. . The students offered Sarka to take the documents out of the building and sign them on the street, but the former colonel did not go into that.
