- Weddings are only possible without a wedding, and the persons required for the ceremony, witnesses, parents and siblings can attend the church or civil ceremony.
- Up to 50 people can attend funerals.
- Sports matches can be held behind closed doors.
- Outdoor sports are allowed outdoors, but amateur team sports are prohibited.
- Leisure facilities (gymnasium, indoor swimming pool, museums, theaters, zoos) must be kept closed.
- Higher education can only operate online, and universities, colleges of higher education, must also be closed.
- In secondary schools, digital education takes place from the eighth grade.
- Primary schools will remain open for nurseries, kindergartens and children under 14 years of age.
- Hospital staff, school teachers, kindergarten teachers, and daycare staff should be evaluated weekly in a specific way.
- At the proposal of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the state will reimburse reservations made in the first 30 days after closing until November 8, or 80 percent of them. This is conditional on the employee not being fired and the employees receiving their pay.
- Employees of restaurants and leisure facilities are not required to pay contributions during these 30 days, and the state reimburses half of the employees’ salary. This is conditional on the employee not being fired and the employees receiving their pay.
