In the 90 a Hip hop guys it was one of the most popular Hungarian men’s teams. It was founded in 1992, its members are Levy T. (Egry Levente), Duck OG (Krisztián Kalocsai) and they were Real Action (Zoltan Szucs).
They have had great success with hits like I’m Waiting for You There, The Offended or Up in the Mountains.
OG Duck is struggling financially
In 1995 he performed at the 1st Total Dance Festival, as the Hungarian pre-band of Dr. Alban and East 17 at the Full House of Budapest Sports Hall and the Small Stadium. When Michael Jackson performed as the second stop of the HIStory World Tour in Budapest at the People’s Stadium, Hip Hop Boyz may also have been the King of Pop’s pre-band. In 1998, the band unexpectedly disbanded.
They reunited in 2005, rearranged the old songs and released some new songs with the album Reloaded, but in 2008 their paths parted again, leaving only Levy T. and OG Duck in duo format, and RetroShow with stars from Hip Hop Boyz. they acted like 2016 until a dispute ended the joint work.
OG Duck became the first Hungarian bodybuilding pop star in 2012 and also started working as a personal trainer. Recently, he had financial difficulties and his private life did not turn out well, his relationship with his wife deteriorated two years ago and his friends rejected him. The 45-year-old retro star has now written on his Facebook page that he can’t even pay his phone bill. “Look, nothing protects a celebrity from an accident,” he concluded.
