Mugello’s race had to be interrupted on lap seven due to a massive accident at the finish line that occurred after the race was resumed after a safety car period.
Antonio Giovinazzi, Kevin Magnussen, Nicholas Latifi and Carlos Sainz were also killed in the accident and the track was covered in debris. However, the incident well shows the need to pay attention when restarting, as an extreme harmonic effect was observed in the current situation.
