The Prime Minister received a visit from the leaders of the Greek-Catholic dioceses of Hungary.

On Friday afternoon, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán received the leaders of the Hungarian Greek-Catholic dioceses at the Carmelite monastery, said Bertalan Havasi, the prime minister’s press chief.

The meeting, which was also attended by Zsolt Semjén, deputy prime minister and chairman of the Christian Democratic People’s Party, examined the possibilities of cooperation between the Hungarian Greek-Catholic Church and the government, added Bertalan Havasi.

The guests then visited the Carmelite Monastery building, which houses the Prime Minister’s Office, accompanied by Government Commissioner Gergely Fodor, head of the Castle Headquarters.
