Kevin Csoboth made his debut last season for Benfica B in the Portuguese second division: he played five games in a row as a starter, also scoring goals and assists, but was injured in January. He has played the last three rounds again, once as a rookie, twice as a substitute.

“My leg is good again and I am glad to have the opportunity to show it after my injury.” Kevin Csoboth, whose contract with the Portuguese club expires next summer, told National Sport Online about his return.

“It will be five years next year that I signed with Benfica. The club has already indicated that they would extend my contract, but I am looking for a new challenge and I have decided to change. It is very difficult to get there for the Benfica first team, the competition is extremely high, but I would like to put myself at the forefront, so I would definitely like to change ”- formulated by the attacker.

If Csoboth has a shot at Benfica B for the rest of the fall season and an offer comes through, he could change clubs as soon as winter. The winter transfer period will be the last time he can sell his playing rights to Benfica, free to leave next summer.
