The 11-page proposal obtained by Telex, which is covered by the previous title, would abolish the Equal Treatment Authority, arguing that the right to equal treatment is a fundamental constitutional right protected by the Ombudsman. Therefore, the ETA should be merged into the Office of the Commissioner for Fundamental Rights.
However, the motion filed by Imre Vejkey of KDNP does not substantially change the discrimination authority’s procedure.
