A limited number of people will be admitted on the shopping streets, one-way pedestrian traffic will be introduced in the center of Milan, and efforts will be made to dismantle congestion on the motorways, including in rest areas. According to the measures, only two people can be in each vehicle, if they do not live in the same household, and the use of a mask in cars is mandatory in all cases.
