He argued that unlike the 36-year-old man who was hanging around, he was only 29 years old and said that none of the facts were true about him, his parents were not Polish and they were not called that. Menzeheley also flatly denied the Polish Onet was circulating.
On Thursday afternoon, however, Gazeta Wyborcza, the largest independent Polish newspaper, wrote that the Belgian police had confirmed to the Polish police that Manzheley, who had been surrounded by the Polish authorities, was still in Belgium a few days ago, while their relatives confirmed it. that the men who appeared in the interviews are their relatives, it is true, a long time ago, they had not been seen live for 15 years.
The newspaper also writes that Manzheley in Wadowice was sentenced in 2008 to 14 months in prison for betraying himself as a lawyer and thus beating his victim, cheating him out of money. However, he did not serve his sentence, he fled the country. In 2013, a European arrest warrant was in force against him.
According to the Polish newspaper, this is not the only fraud that can be attributed to the man: it was, for example, that he pretended to be a law student at an Israeli university. A relative who told Gazeta Wyborcca said that the man was always the only problem.
Although the man claims in the recently published interviews that he has only been to Poland twice in his life, and that his family is not there either, according to relatives who told the newspaper, this is simply not true.
Another Polish newspaper, Onet, wrote about the same thing on Thursday, whose sources also confirmed that it was the same person. According to the information, more than a dozen complaints have been filed against the man in Poland. The newspaper had also previously interviewed David Manzheley, who denied his identity and spoke about his orgies being visited by many politicians, including Polish conservatives.
An Onet source knew David personally, accused of fraud, and recognized him in the man in the interviews. According to him, the man did not finish high school either, despite claiming to be in science.
Why David Manzheley, who is circulating internationally, thought it a good idea to give lots of interviews during days when he was coming up with more and more wild things – the good question, it’s probably not the latest twist on this story.
