A test led by UK microbiologist Stephen Bustin at Ruskin University in England developed a test that gives fast and reliable results, writes hvg.hu in the wake of Mirror.

The test, which works with a sample taken from the nose and throat, can be evaluated in twenty minutes.

The new method measures three factors at the same time, giving much more reliable results than previous rapid tests, and it is almost 100 percent reliable based on previous measurements.

It also shows the density of the virus in each patient.

The Cov2-ID procedure can be used successfully by schools, GPs, office buildings, and other workplaces and airports. Rapid assessment enables successful control of the spread of infection by clarifying earlier who is considered a dangerous contact. However, the method is not yet available and is currently in an experimental phase.
