In the weeks since I arrived in Hungary, I have struggled with things more important than basketball. I understand that everyone has their own problems and, in fact, the current situation in the world is a problem in itself. I tried to do my best in my JOB, pretending not to face any difficulties when I was completely alone. I shared my problem with the coach / club and apparently fully understood the circumstances.

It is disappointing that such an article is published about me. I informed the team of all my decisions after the defeat on Monday, January 4. It reminded me that the coach felt like something was bothering me again, and we talked about that in training the next day. Since I came to the club, I have given everything and have done everything possible despite the problems that exist. I’m not a rookie anymore, and I know you can’t leave a club that I’m accused of, but these are things I can’t influence. I love basketball and I know everyone has their own problems, but family is everything to me and I wouldn’t be here today without them. We all have tough decisions to make every day. I choose my family and my mental health in all cases. I have never experienced being talked about in this way. However, the attitude of the club to face the situation was inadequate. I only wish the best for the club. I appreciate the opportunity that has been given to me during this period to do what I really love, but I have to stand up for what I believe in and the decision I make.

On Thursday, Sopron reported on its official website that the 24-year-old basketball player simply resigned, did not tell anyone, took all his belongings. Even his American agent was stunned by what happened.
