Starting Monday, it will be possible to reapply for the discount purchase of electric bicycles, reported the Ministry of Innovation and Technology (ITM).
Applications are invited for the second round of the tender for the purchase of electric bicycles from January 4 to 8. The winners of the first stage will be able to receive a total of almost one hundred and ten million guilders for the purchase of more than a thousand pedelecs.
Within the framework of the Action Plan for the Conservation of Climate and Nature, ITM has announced a tender for the purchase of electrically assisted bicycles, worth one billion HUF, which promotes electromobility.
The first application period is November 23-27, 2020. with 1,919 applications receiving a favorable evaluation, with a total value close to one hundred and ten million guilders. The signing of the sponsorship documents and the payment of the subsidies are carried out continuously, the information about the winners can be read on the website of the IFKA organization Közhasznú Nonprofit Kft. – announced the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Policy Péter Kaderják.
The notice has not changed, this time also, people can get discounted electric bikes, mainly to make it easier for them to get to work. The application must be accompanied by proof of employment or income. Support can be provided for up to half the vehicle’s selling price, up to 90,000 guilders for pedal-sensor bikes and 150,000 for torque-sensor bikes.
In the second round, IFKA will decide on the eligibility of the application within twenty business days, and then, within another ten business days, will issue the necessary support document for the purchase to the winning applicant through the application portal.
