According to him, the essence of the objection and appeal is that, according to information in the public domain, the perpetrators, still unknown, carried out activities suspected of “crimes against the order of elections, referendums and European Citizen Initiatives”, so they could also have been determined, presumably en masse, that they were born out of consideration or under duress.
As is well known, Zsófia Koncz from Fidesz won the by-elections in the sixth constituency of the Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén county in mid-October. Tibor Szanyi’s party, Ádám Tóth, supported by the Yes Solidarity Movement for Hungary (ISZOMM), won 2.23 percent of the independent candidate’s votes.
