The secretary of state said the wage subsidy can be used if employers cannot employ the full-time employee. When working hours drop below 50%, they can receive benefits of up to 100,000 per month, and those who stay above 50% can apply for a maximum of 75,000 HUF.

Schanda highlighted research and innovation companies, where it had the support of 5,900 researchers and engineers, and companies are asked to continue research and development, because competitiveness will be important in post-crisis recovery.
