We recently wrote that a spokesperson for the Government Information Center, Farkas Örs, was taking a photo at the JTF-Újpest rally on Saturday night without a mask, and we received some screenshots from a reader on our mobile phone, which which shows that Mihály Varga, Minister of Finance.

The head of the ministry posted photos on Facebook on Friday night around eight thirty in which he remembered the 1956 revolution in Máriaremet, but he was not wearing a mask. There is also a group photo for which everyone got rid of basic protective gear. The only beauty of this is that the Orbán government – of which Mihály Varga is also a member as Minister of Finance – has just issued a decree effective Friday making it mandatory to wear a mask even at outdoor events.

Mihály Varga may have noticed that something is wrong, because after 1-2 hours, the entry accompanied by the description “Commemoration of Máriaremete of 1956 with poems, songs and diary notes” disappeared from her Facebook page.
