1. Can a sole proprietor write an employer certificate for himself?

According to the labor lawyers who responded to the Index, the format can be customized, without the mandatory use of the version specified by the government. The point is to include content elements in it, including
- personal data with which the employee can be identified,
- the registered office of the company where the employee works,
- what circumstance justifies working between 8pm and 5am

5. When getting certified on the street after 8 pm, can a police officer be fined for failing to go home from work to an address or permanent residence listed on my address card?
