The prosecutor and the accused appealed the verdict of the first instance of the Metropolitan Court in March of last year, and the couple of the accused took note of the decision.
The Metropolitan Court of Appeals, which acts in the second instance, sentenced the defendant in the first degree to 19 years in prison for murder on vile motives and continued illegal acquisition.
