The court ordered the arrest of a 14-year-old boy who terrorized his 12-year-old partner for months. The order will be sent to the youth penitentiary as a final coercive measure, the Nógrád County Prosecutor’s Office informed the MTI.
Between September and November this year, a classmate at an elementary school in Nógrád county regularly abused and humiliated the 14-year-old boy. In the classroom, the school hallway and the locker room as well, he constantly threatened the boy with hitting him, killing him, slapping him daily, hitting his arms and belly with his fists, kicking his tibia and stabbing his neck with a pen and pencil. .
He once asked the terrified boy to give him his brand sweater and then for days threatened him that if he didn’t get it, he would beat him or kill him. The boy eventually brought the sweater to the blackmailer, who, however, no longer demanded it, but the blouse that the victim wore that day. The suspect dragged the boy into the bathroom on another occasion, where he slapped him several times and kicked him hard in the tibia.
The child is suspected of committing bullying, harassment and minor bodily injury, as well as extortion and violation of personal freedom.
