Almost a hundred more cases than before, 459 new coronavirus infections have been detected in Hungary in the last 24 hours, according to the data series published on Friday on the government information website. The number of infected people identified with this increased to 7,382.

The authorities know of 3,944 recovered. There are 2,817 active infected. 44% of the actively infected, 60% of the dead and 42% of those recovered are from Budapest. 120 coronavirus patients are being hospitalized, 8 of whom must have been connected to a ventilator.

The Anapi infection record so far was 365 new cases on September 1.
