Almost sixty million guilders of EU non-reimbursable support for tourism investments were established on the property of Sándor Kovács, Member of Parliament of Fidesz,

Officially, it was not the Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg county representative who received the grant, but the association led by his son and wife.

However, the plot is owned by Sándor Kovács and his mother. According to information from 24.hu, the property title requested from the real estate company does not indicate that the tourist complex raised with public funds is not owned by the politician Fidesz.

According to Kovács, he is not a beneficiary of the investment in the plot, he only participated in the evaluation of the tender. The portal also managed to speak with the politician, who would already modify the registry entries for the benefit of the newspaper.

At the Nyírség Ranch, a guest house, a philagora, a tourist demonstration house and a boat house were built with public funds. However, according to article 24.hu, only on paper: among the tourist destinations there are some whose realization was not found either on site or on the Internet.
