Fifty-seven percent of Americans want to immediately remove President Donald Trump from office because they believe his speech encouraged the siege of the Capitol, citing an MTI poll conducted by the Reuters news agency with Ipsos on Thursday and Friday.

The vast majority of those polled condemn the storm of Congress, and 79 percent classify the besiegers as “criminals” and “fools,” including two-thirds of those who vote for Republicans and Donald Trump. For patriots, only five percent apostrophized the robbers of the Capitol, with whom only 12 percent sympathized.

At the same time, there is a big difference between the supporters of the two parties in Donald Trump’s premature move, before January 20. Ninety percent of Democratic voters want to resign immediately, while only 20 percent of Republican voters.

Thirty percent are those who say that Trump should be removed from office by vote of members of the government, using the 25th amendment to the constitution, and delegating his power to his vice president. 14 percent say Congress should make a disability motion, and 13 percent believe Trump should simply resign.
