Retail sales data for March was analyzed by Portfolio. The numbers show how shopping habits are affected by the curfew.
According to the analysis, also compared to March 2019 and February 2020
Internet commerce and the purchase of medical products and medicines jumped,
and the biggest loser is fuel rotation. The turnover of “mixed food” products goes beyond a slight but nominally larger increase.
Ecommerce billing in March was 82.5 billion HUF, which is close to Christmas data. And the growth rate shows that the April data will already be a record.
