The Curia began in 2005 and ended at the end of a long legal battle, when it came out in favor of BKV by invalidating the contract for the sale of the car color in Ferencváros. The BKV announcement recalls that in 2005 the previous management of the company decided – mainly to incentivize the owner’s capital to solve the company’s financing problems with the sale of real estate – to sell the Ferencváros car park.

In addition to the purchase price, the contract also included the exchange of parcels for the area behind the repair, but also that if the company cannot move the trams in time, it will have to pay a significant fine of approximately 1.5 billion HUF.

A new super remix can be built on the Chinese market site.

In addition to the adventure park planned for the Józsefváros market, the idea of a remix also came up.

Finally, due to lack of funds, BKV finally set out to build a new core mix, but was unable to leave Ferencváros. In addition, the subsequent management of the company also wanted to change the terms that are unacceptable according to the current announcement, so in recent years a series of proposals have been made to the buyer to resolve the situation. However, these attempts were unsuccessful, so a lawsuit was eventually filed in 2015 to terminate the contract, and in December 2019, a request for review was submitted to the Mansion.

The decision goes beyond negligence, it also confirms that we are managing responsibly ”

– said Tibor Bolla, CEO of BKV. The judgment declares that the exchange contract is invalid, so the car color can continue to function in the usual place, in the usual way. Furthermore, the decision exempts BKV from paying a fine of almost HUF 1.5 billion and, since the remix does not require the construction of a new facility, they have saved between HUF 5-10 billion in public money.
