The dispute between the parties arose after the referendum of August 5, 2012 declared the independence of Balatonakarattya from Balatonkenese, which took place in October 2014, since then Gyöngyi Matolcsy, ex-wife of György Matolcsy, mayor of Balatonakarattya.
The court accepted Balatonakarattya’s territorial claims made at the time of separation, and at the same time rejected our proposals. In view of the above, the dispute over the territory can be considered closed, since there is no appeal against the sentence of the Curia.
