Experts estimate that there may be 15-20 homeless people living in Nagykanizsa, for whom it would be helpful if they could move into a mobile igloo. Mayor László Balogh decided to award the grant in his own competition.
This warm mobile igloo, which we consider a very clever solution, was discovered by one of my colleagues. The idea came after a tragic incident. When handicaps suddenly erupted in Nagykanizsa last fall, a homeless person who was not a resident of the local homeless shelter died of frostbite in early November.
