Another person was arrested by the Miskolc District Court in connection with the September 12 murder in Miskolc. A man was already arrested in the case on Friday, writes MTI.
According to the Miskolc Court, the two suspects lived with the victim on one property but in a separate apartment in Miskolc. The three men drank the victim on September 12, and then when the suspect arrested Sunday wanted to take away the alcohol he was keeping in the later victim’s home, he hit him with a broom. At this, both men attacked the victim and the suspect, who was later arrested, kicked him several times and then stabbed him in the back and face with a knife. The victim, who was no longer moving, then, at the request of the arrested Sunday, was wrapped in bedding by his companion and thrown into a well in the courtyard.
The suspects have been prosecuted for murder, which is punishable by up to 15 years in prison, the court said. The two men were arrested for a month each. The suspect and his lawyer, who was arrested on Friday, appealed the court order.
