The Pest County District Attorney’s Office has charged a man and a woman with forcing a young girl to provide sexual services to men for money, the prosecutor’s office said.
According to the indictment, the man had previously attempted to raise money through the mediation of young girls for sexual services who were living with him at the time. In March 2018, the perpetrator’s daughter remembered the victim, who lived a few hundred meters from them and attended a school with her, a few years older but still a youth victim.
At this point, the man and his partner offered to live with them, which was accepted by the young woman, who had moved away from home several times before. A few days later, the man offered her a sedative while drinking together, with whom she later had sex. Thereafter, the man regularly had sex with the younger girl, of which his partner also knew.
In addition, he regularly provided the victim with alcohol and narcotics. After a few weeks, the man told the girl that, like another girl who also lived with them but was already an adult, she had to get money by providing sexual services to foreign men.
The younger girl said no at first, but at the man’s request, she accepted the situation. From then until August 2018, the victim had to have sex with men multiple times, so the money she received was released to the accused.
During this period, the girl repeatedly tried to get out of this situation, but the man and her partner always forced her to back down, partly by threats, partly by abuse and partly by persuasion. Finally, on August 8, 2018, the girl told her parents everything, with the help of which she cut off contact with the perpetrators.
The Pest County Attorney General’s Office has also prosecuted its partners for trafficking in human beings, for the crime of pathological passion and for the crime of fencing.
