On Saturday, 1,561 new Hungarian citizens were diagnosed with the new coronavirus infection (Covid-19), increasing the number of infected people in Hungary to 375,125.
Most of the 96 deaths were chronically elderly patients, bringing the number of deaths to 13,026.
According to koronavirus.gov.hu, a man died under the age of fifty, a 43-year-old woman who battled cancer, anemia and epilepsy.
