A man reported to the police on the morning of January 1, 2020, because one of his acquaintances had sent him a text message saying that his ex-boyfriend was detaining him. Police immediately went to the scene and later found the girl near the house in Pécs, who had managed to escape in the meantime.
Investigators discovered that the girl and her brother had gone to see their ex-boyfriend on New Year’s Eve, but her brother left the house after a while.
A short time later, the girl also wanted to leave, however, her ex-partner did not let her leave the apartment, closed the door and wanted them to talk about their relationship.
They talked and then got into a fight, and the man asked the girl to tell her parents over the phone that she wouldn’t be coming home until the next day. The girl was then able to send a message to her acquaintance, who immediately called the police. The victim was able to escape from the apartment during the brawl, but by then the uniforms had arrived.
The man was arrested at the scene by police and later brought up and questioned as a suspect. The 14-year-old girl said
that he had previously had sexual relations with the man, for which the suspect was interrogated for sexual abuse as well as a violation of personal freedom.
Investigators from the county police headquarters detained the 26-year-old local and then began his arrest.
