Health Mystery spokeswoman Elizabeth Goodsitt said that when a patient is diagnosed, he is asked if he has attended a major mass event; however, the April 24 protest has so far not been classified as such an event, nor have infected people been asked about it.
On April 7, the pre-election was held in Wisconsin despite the epidemic, and despite restrictions on access, hundreds of thousands marched to the polls, and 67 of the infected went to the polls that day.
Incidentally, the demonstration was not authorized by the police because it was contrary to the “stay home” provision introduced due to the epidemic. Several of the participants did not adhere to the safe distance of 1.5 meters, and many also did not wear protective equipment. The restrictions will expire May 26 in Wisconsin. According to the State Health Office, new patients have been diagnosed in the state since April 26, 1986, 72 of whom attended the demonstration.
